Qualifications

• 7+ years progressive experience in technical accounting and/or SEC reporting.
• Deep working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting disclosure requirements.
• Strong technical writing skills and the ability to create audit-ready memos.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and coordination of 10-Q/10-K deliverables.
• Coordinate quarterly/annual reporting process across departments.
• Research and document accounting conclusions for new transactions.
