Job summary

Yachad Chicago seeks an experienced Program Director to lead and shape its Chicago programs, reporting to the Regional Director. The role focuses on delivering excellent service to participants, families, volunteers and staff, while growing participation and program quality across the organization.

The candidate should possess strong communication skills, knowledge of the Chicago Jewish community, and experience in organizational management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee / Responsible for new intakes.
• Engage community partners such as parents, participants, shuls, schools, and partnering organizations.
• Work with the greater Chicagoland team on all collaborative projects.
• Support programmatic staff with day-to-day needs.
• Provide a nurturing work environment where staff, volunteers, and participants feel valued.
