Qualifications

• Active pharmacist licenses in multiple states (e.g., NY, CA, others).
• Previous Pharmacist in Charge or supervisory pharmacy experience.
• Familiarity with 340B program requirements and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership and clear communication abilities.
• Willingness to work onsite in New York or California as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Pharmacist in Charge, overseeing pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance.
• Manage staff, workflow, and ensure accurate dispensing of medications.
• Maintain safety and quality standards for pharmacy services.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and ensure proper documentation and reporting.
• Support 340B drug pricing program administration and compliance.
