Qualifications
- BSN is required; MSN is strongly preferred.
- Experience in Labor & Delivery and/or Women's Services preferred.
- Ability to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across the department(s).
- Oversee three units: Labor & Delivery, Mother and Baby, and Lactation with focus on quality/performance improvement.
- Lead departmental initiatives including patient experience, phase 1 recovery, and quality metrics.
- Foster a positive work environment with strong communication, collaboration, and engagement.
- Ensure alignment with ACOG/AWHONN standards.
