Job summary

B.E. Smith seeks an Interim OB Manager to provide leadership across Labor & Delivery, Mother/Baby, Well-Baby and Level II Nursery, and Antepartum Testing, ensuring safe, family-centered care throughout the perinatal continuum in Aspen.

The role oversees an 11+ FTE team, handling staffing, scheduling, and resource utilization while meeting AWHONN standards and ensuring 24/7 coverage. Start within 2–3 weeks, with a comprehensive benefits package available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Active RN license required.
• Experience in Labor & Delivery or maternal-infant care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for 11+ FTE across OB units.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resource use while maintaining standards.
• Guide clinical teams and ensure safe, coordinated perinatal care.
• Partner with physicians and nursing leadership to strengthen communication and care processes.
• Provide hands-on leadership focused on stability, staff support, and high-quality outcomes.
