Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse with current license in good standing.
• Minimum of two years of Labor and Delivery experience required; leadership/charge nurse experience preferred.
• BLS and Advanced Fetal Monitoring certifications required; NRP and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing care during labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum recovery, including newborn care.
• Manage staffing levels and patient flow; mentor staff and coordinate daily operations.
• Ensure documentation accuracy, safety protocol adherence, and escalation of clinical concerns.
• Support onboarding, evaluate performance, and lead quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
