AMN Healthcare Leadership Solutions | B.E. Smith seeks an Interim Director of Nursing for a Surgery Center in San Francisco, CA. Start ASAP with available shifts; compensation range $150,000–$160,000 yearly.
The role oversees ~12 FTEs and leads clinical and operational initiatives to ensure readiness for regulatory surveys. Requirements include a California RN license, a Bachelor’s degree, and prior ambulatory surgery center nursing leadership with survey preparation and policy development
Formación
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Active California RN license required.
- Experience leading ambulatory surgery center nursing with regulatory survey prep and mock surveys.
Responsabilidades
- Provide clinical and operational leadership for an ambulatory surgery center.
- Oversee approximately 12 FTEs and ensure survey readiness through education, guidance, and mock surveys.
- Develop standardized checklists to establish best practices and strengthen policies and procedures.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable team environment with clear direction and strong communication.
