Job summary

Bethany Rehabilitation and Health Care Center is seeking an Interim Director of Nursing (DON/RN) to lead nursing services with a focus on quality care for residents. The role includes 24-hour supervision and department leadership, with responsibilities shared during administrator absences.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license, have LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience, and possess two years of nurse supervisory leadership.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an RN in the state of practice.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school preferred.
• Two years of nurse supervisory experience required.
• Prior LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration and management of Nursing Services for residents.
• Ensure 24-hour supervision of Nursing Services and department operations.
• Direct the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards of care.
• In the Administrator’s absence, assume center operations responsibilities.
