Formación

• Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing; BSN required.
• Current Texas RN license required; BLS and ACLS due upon hire; ENPC/TNCC preferred for ER/PACU departments.

Responsabilidades

• Implement hospital and nursing department philosophy, goals, policies, and procedures to impact patient care.
• Oversee staffing plans and schedules; ensure alignment with productivity targets.
• Identify opportunities for departmental improvements and implement action plans.
• Develop, revise and maintain departmental policies and procedures as indicated.
• Promote positive relations with continuum of care providers and other departments.
