Job summary

You will oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities, perform due diligence, and contribute to ASC606/ASC842 discussions. Strong Excel and ERP skills are essential; travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is required.
• 10+ years of accounting experience, with public, private, or PE exposure.
• Experience with NetSuite, QuickBooks or SAP is required.
• CPA is preferred but not required; strong Excel skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support multiple client engagements as Controller, CFO, or project lead.
• Manage multiple client stakeholders and ensure accurate reporting.
• Oversee month-, quarter-, and year-end close processes.
• Perform due diligence and assist with SEC reporting.
• Implement accounting pronouncements such as ASC606/ASC842.
• Document processes and drive process improvements across engagements.
