Responsibilities

• Oversee patient placement, transfer coordination, and behavioral health coordination.
• Stabilize department operations and maintain patient flow across a complex healthcare environment.
• Provide strategic oversight across Transfer Center, Patient Placement, Behavioral Health Coordination, and system analytics.
• Partner with nursing, ED, bed management, staffing, medical staff and other leaders to remove barriers to patient flow.
