AMN Healthcare Leadership Solutions | B.E. Smith seeks an Interim Director, Case Management in Spokane, WA to provide strategic and operational leadership for acute care case management across two hospital sites.

Reporting to the Vice President of Case Management, this leader will oversee four direct reports and 44 FTEs, drive length-of-stay improvements, support risk mitigation and reimbursement initiatives, and coordinate patient care across both facilities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a health-related field required.
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
