The Position

• An Interim Nurse Manager, Adult ICU, is needed to lead critical care operations throughout a 500+ bed facility.
• Interim Nurse Manager will oversee approximately 100+ FTEs and will focus on ongoing departmental initiatives including employee engagement, education/mentorship, accountability, and surveys pertaining to ICU operations/performance.
• The Interim Nurse Manager will focus on maintaining team cohesion, supporting patient flow, and enhancing interdisciplinary collaboration with other departments.
• The ideal candidate will possess a broad knowledge of critical care and thrive in a close-knit, community-oriented environment.
• Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Active OR RN license is required.

Compensation Details

• Compensation Range: $175,000 to $180,000 annually.
• The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
• The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
