Job summary

HCT Healthcare Transformation seeks an experienced nurse for an interim Director, Med/Surg at a 25-bed critical access hospital in North Dakota. BSN is required, MSN preferred, with recent Med/Surg and leadership experience in a Critical Access setting.

License must be Compact or North Dakota with good standing. BLS through AHA is required; proficiency in Meditech EMR and Microsoft Office is expected. Housing, airfare and rental car are provided during assignment.

Qualifications

• Education: BSN required, MSN preferred.
• Experience: Recent Med Surg experience, Recent leadership experience. Critical Access hospital experience required.
• License: Compact or North Dakota or Compact RN license in good standing required.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association
• Computer Skills: Electronic Medical Record (Meditech) and Microsoft Office suite experience
