Job summary

HCT seeks an experienced pharmaceutical professional to serve as Interim Manager of Pharmacy at a North Dakota hospital. You will oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead staff with a focus on quality and efficiency.

The role requires a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy, ND license, and at least 3 years of pharmacy experience with 1 year in leadership. Housing, airfare, and rental car are provided on assignment.

• Responsible for managing the pharmacy operations, while supporting the goals and objectives of the hospital and upholding the ethics of the profession of pharmacy
• Implementation and enforcement of policies and procedures, supervision and training of staff, inventory management, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

• Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required; MBA, MS, or MHA preferred
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of recent pharmacy or related experience required; At least 1 year of leadership experience preferred
• License: Licensed to practice in ND is required
