Job description

HCT is seeking an experienced pharmacy professional to serve as an Interim Manager of Pharmacy at a Critical Access Hospital in North Dakota.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for managing the pharmacy operations, while supporting the goals and objectives of the hospital and upholding the ethics of the profession of pharmacy


• Implementation and enforcement of policies and procedures, supervision and training of staff, inventory management, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

• Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy MBA, MS, or MHA preferred


• Experience: Minimum of three years of recent pharmacy or related experience required. At least one year of leadership experience


• License: Active and unrestricted North Dakota Pharmacist License
