Job summary

HCT is seeking an experienced nurse professional to serve as interim Director, Med/Surg for a 25-bed critical access hospital in North Dakota.

The role requires BSN and leadership experience with Med/Surg background; ND RN licensure in good standing and BLS certification are required. Meditech and MS Office proficiency are expected. Housing, airfare and rental car are provided during the assignment.

Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Recent Med Surg experience.
• Recent leadership experience.
• Compact or North Dakota RN license in good standing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide interim leadership for the Med/Surg department.
• Oversee nursing care and patient safety for a 25-bed hospital.
• Collaborate with hospital administration to ensure quality care.
