HealthTrust Workforce Solutions seeks an Interim Leader at HCA Florida Capital Hospital in Tallahassee. The role provides oversight of patient care, supports nurse managers, and collaborates with medical staff to promote high-quality, compassionate outcomes.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree with Master’s preferred and at least five years in related fields, including three years in a director/manager-level leadership role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years recent experience in related field with at least 3 years strong management experience at the Director or Manager Level.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

LICENSURE & CERTIFICATIONS

Licensure in the state of placement will be required. Candidates with Compact Licensure are preferred, with the ability to obtain licensure in other states as needed.
