Job summary

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions in Corpus Christi, TX, seeks an Interim Leader to guide patient care across units and into the home or community, ensuring seamless transitions.

The Director will provide leadership to nurse managers, collaborate with medical staff, and drive high-quality, compassionate outcomes through creative management.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), 5+ years in a related field with 3+ years in a leadership role, and state licensure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years recent experience in related field with at least 3 years strong management experience at the Director or Manager Level.
• Licensure in the state of placement required; Compact Licensure preferred; ability to obtain licensure in other states as needed.
