Job summary

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions is seeking an Interim Leader to oversee patient care continuity and staff development at HCA Houston Kingwood in Kingwood, TX. The role requires strategic oversight across care areas and collaboration with medical staff.

You will lead nurse managers, drive high-quality compassionate care, and ensure smooth transitions of patients to home or community settings. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with 5+ years in related fields and 3+ years in a management role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years recent experience in related field with at least 3 years strong management experience at the Director or Manager Level.
• Licensure in the state of placement will be required; Compact Licensure preferred, with the ability to obtain licensure in other states as needed.
