Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) with at least 5 years in related fields and 3 years in director/manager roles; licensure in the placement state is required, with compact licensure preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years recent experience in related field with at least 3 years strong management experience at the Director or Manager Level.
• Licensure in the state of placement required; Compact Licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and support to nurse manager(s) using creative leadership to ensure best outcomes in high quality compassionate patient care.
