Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking an Interim Manager, Maintenance in Chandler, AZ to organize and execute maintenance across the community and physical plant. You will establish preventive schedules and coordinate repairs with trades and vendors.

The role requires a solid background in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and building systems, plus 2+ years in property maintenance. You will use the Yardi system and support on-call emergency repairs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• At least 2 years in a property maintenance role.
• Senior Living property maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Must be able to wear a NIOSH-approved respirator if required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and follow a preventative maintenance schedule for all systems.
• Troubleshoot and identify issues in electrical/mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and related areas.
• Use Yardi work order system to manage maintenance and repair issues.
• Ensure community vehicles are maintained and driving credentials are up to date.
• Adhere to on-call requirements for emergency repairs or maintenance issues.
