Job summary

Montello Care Center seeks an Interim Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to oversee daily operations of our 50-bed skilled nursing facility and 16-bed assisted living unit. The role requires strong leadership to guide clinical and administrative staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold resident care with dignity and respect.

The administrator will develop care programs, manage the budget, coordinate quality assurance, and act as a liaison with the governing board and external agencies.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Nursing Home Administrator in good standing.
• Must demonstrate strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Must speak and understand English; compassionate and patient demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the long-term care facility in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Lead and mentor clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Plan, develop and monitor budgets, programs, and quality assurance initiatives.
