NC State University in Raleigh, NC seeks an Interim Assistant Director of Student and Community Well-Being to coordinate, implement, and assess programs that promote wellbeing, belonging, and engagement across the department. This role serves as a key resource for students and university constituents through referrals, workshops, and outreach.

You will supervise student staff, collaborate with campus partners, prepare reports and dashboards, and help create a health-promoting campus environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and two years or more of relevant professional experience in student affairs, higher education programming, program coordination, community engagement, public health, well-being initiatives, or a closely related field.

Responsabilités

• Planning and executing well-being and community-building programs.
• Coordinating logistics, communications, and outreach; tracking participation and program outcomes.
• Preparing reports and dashboards; maintaining web content and promotional materials;
• Supporting onboarding and transition programs.
• Collaborating with campus and community partners; supervising student employees and graduate assistants.
