Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
• 2-4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Agency recruiting experience is a plus, but not required.
• Proven track record of sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates across roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer extension, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.
• Source and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals, and other talent channels.
• Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assess skills, experience, qualifications, and overall fit for open positions.
• Manage candidates through the offer process, including extending offers, discussing compensation, and ensuring a positive experience through acceptance and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within the ATS and effectively manage active and future talent pipelines.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers while serving as a knowledgeable representative of the organization and its culture.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives by developing diverse candidate pipelines and promoting an inclusive recruitment process.
• Manage multiple open requisitions and recruiting priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the overall candidate experience.
