Job summary

A consulting firm is seeking an Interim US IT Project Manager to support a Private Equity transformation team for a 6-month project. You will manage the IT aspects of a carve-out, ensuring seamless integration and digital transformation across business lines. Ideal candidates should have extensive experience in post-carve-out IT support and be capable of leading multiple work streams. Although based ideally near Idaho, remote work is allowed with some travel required. Immediate availability is preferred.

Interim US IT Project Manager – Private Equity Transformation Team

Our PE‑backed client is seeking to hire an Interim US IT Project Manager to join their transformation team.

You will support the business in their quest to seamlessly execute a carve‑out from an IT perspective. Your experience will bring years of expertise in post‑carve‑out IT support across integration and separation. You will manage the TSAs from an IT perspective and lead the various work streams to deliver digital transformation for all business lines.

Your project management leadership capabilities will be a given as you bring with you specialist knowledge of what Private Equity look for in their technology investment. It would be ideal if you were based or close to Idaho but otherwise you will be required to make a handful of trips to the state and then work remotely in Mountain Time.

This role will be on an interim basis for 6 months and will demand that the successful candidate work on a 1099 basis.
