Job description

We are seeking an Interim HR Director to step in and provide strategic leadership and hands-on execution across key HR functions for one of our clients in the Phoenix-area. This hybrid role is critical in ensuring smooth operations during a transitional period, focusing on immediate priorities that impact both current employees and future talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Benefits & Open Enrollment (OE): Oversee and manage the open enrollment process, ensuring a seamless experience for employees while optimizing benefits offerings.
  2. Compensation Planning: Lead contract discussions and salary planning for the upcoming year, aligning compensation strategies with budget and market benchmarks.
  3. Recruitment: Drive hiring efforts to secure top talent for the upcoming year, collaborating with internal recruiting teams and leadership to fill key roles.
  4. Ongoing Compliance: Ensure all HR policies and procedures remain in compliance with federal, state, and industry regulations, mitigating risk for the organization and working with counsel, taking point on any legal issues that may arise.
  5. Additional Projects as Needed: Support leadership with other HR initiatives or special projects that arise during the interim period.
