Job summary

HCT Healthcare Transformation seeks an experienced Human Resources professional to serve as the Interim Manager of Employee Relations & HR Operations for a 50+ bed hospital in Arizona.

Responsibilities include managing employee relations with the CHRO, overseeing staffing, orientation, education, labor relations, benefits administration, and employee health, and evaluating issues with leadership to determine remediation techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Certification as a PHR or SPHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing employee relations matters in collaboration with the CHRO including mediation, problem solving, coaching, and conflict resolution.
• Overseeing human resource functions: staffing, employee orientation, education, management development, employee and labor relations, affirmative action compliance, benefits administration, and employee health.
• Evaluates work-related problems and meets with supervisors, managers, and executives to determine remediation techniques.
