HCT Healthcare Transformation seeks an experienced Human Resources professional to serve as the Interim Manager of Employee Relations & HR Operations for a 50+ bed hospital in Arizona.

Responsibilities include managing employee relations with the CHRO, overseeing staffing, orientation, education, labor relations, benefits administration, and employee health, and evaluating issues with leadership to determine remediation techniques.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Certification as a PHR or SPHR preferred.

HCT seeks an experienced Human Resources professional to serve as the Interim Manager of Employee Relations & HR Operations for a 50+ bed hospital in Arizona. Responsibilities include:

• Managing employee relations matters in collaboration with the CHRO which includes mediation, problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, communicating, conflict resolution, training, and any other employee relations tactics and strategies.
• Assisting in overseeing human resource functions, which include staffing, employee orientation, education, management development, employee and labor relations, affirmative action compliance, benefits administration, and employee health.
• Evaluates human relations and work-related problems and meets with supervisors, managers, and executives to determine effective remediation techniques.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field of study. Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience: At least eight (8) years of professional experience in employee relations and four (4) years supervisory experience in an acute healthcare Human Resources department.
• Certifications: Certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human resources (SPHR) by the Human Resource Certification Institute is preferred.
