Job summary
HCT Healthcare Transformation seeks an experienced nursing professional to serve as the Interim Director, Clinical Service Hospice for an outpatient facility in California. The role requires an MSN and a strong background in nursing leadership within Home Health, Hospice or Palliative Care.

Qualifications
- MSN required.
- Minimum 1 year of nursing supervisory experience.
- 3+ years progressively responsible Home Health, Hospice or Palliative Care nursing experience with mentoring/lead direction.
