WorldICRA is seeking an experienced nursing professional to serve as Interim Director, Clinical Service Hospice for an outpatient facility in California. The role leads hospice clinical services and coordinates care across teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Education required: MSN; CA RN license; minimum 1 year supervisory nursing experience and 3 years in Home Health, Hospice, or Palliative Care. BLS-AHA, CHPN preferred; EMR and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing (MSN) required.
• Minimum one year nursing supervisory experience; minimum of three years progressively responsible Home Health, Hospice or Palliative Care nursing experience including training/mentoring/lead direction.
• Active CA RN License required.
• BLS AHA required; CHPN preferred.
• EMR and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency; must be computer savvy.
