B.E. Smith is seeking an Interim Sr. Financial Decision Support Analyst for a New Mexico medical center in Farmington.

The role provides strategic financial leadership across budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, revenue modeling, and financial projections. You will build financial models, partner with clinical and operational leaders, lead variance analysis and executive-level presentations, and work to improve data integrity, automation, and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Experience in healthcare or financial decision support is preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership across budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, revenue modeling, and projections.
• Develop financial models, proformas, and feasibility analyses for service lines, capital investments, cost-saving opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with clinical and operational leaders to evaluate productivity, workforce planning, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
• Lead variance analysis, performance reporting, dashboards, and executive-level presentations.
• Improve data integrity, system optimization, automation, and process improvements; support regulatory reporting.
