B.E. Smith is seeking an Interim Sr. Financial Decision Support Analyst for a New Mexico medical center in Farmington.

The role provides strategic financial leadership across budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, revenue modeling, and financial projections. You will build financial models, partner with clinical and operational leaders, lead variance analysis and executive-level presentations, and work to improve data integrity, automation, and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Experience in healthcare or financial decision support is preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Join a a New Mexico medical center as their next Interim Sr. Financial Decision Support Analyst!

The Position

• An Interim Sr. Financial Decision Support Analyst is needed to provide strategic financial leadership across annual budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, revenue modeling, and financial projections to support organizational priorities.
• This leader will develop financial models, proformas, and feasibility analyses for service lines, capital investments, cost-saving opportunities, and other strategic initiatives.
• Partner with clinical and operational leaders to evaluate productivity, workforce planning, operational efficiency, and financial performance, translating complex data into actionable insights.
• Lead variance analysis, performance reporting, dashboards, and executive-level presentations that highlight key trends, opportunities, and financial drivers.
• This leader will strengthen decision support and financial planning processes through improved data integrity, system optimization, automation, and process improvement while supporting accurate reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.

• Bachelor’s degree is required.

Compensation Details

• Compensation Range: $130,000 to $145,000 annually.
• The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
• The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
