Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Interim FP&A Manager to support a multi-site pharmaceutical manufacturing network. You will oversee consolidated financial performance across four sites, focusing on gross margin, COGS, and operational finance.

In this hands-on role, you will partner with supply chain and operations leadership, drive cost optimization, assist with monthly close, and develop dashboards to provide visibility into financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred).
• 5+ years in finance/accounting within pharma or manufacturing.
• Experience with multi-site manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of COGS and gross margin drivers.
• Inventory accounting and standard costing proficiency.
• Advanced Excel and ERP experience (SAP, Oracle).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee consolidated financial performance across four manufacturing sites.
• Partner with supply chain and operations to improve gross margin and COGS.
• Support monthly close related to inventory, cost accounting, and variances.
• Analyze standard vs. actual costs and inventory reserves.
• Forecast and budget for supply chain and manufacturing operations.
• Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Ensure SOX/internal controls compliance and reporting quality.
• Develop dashboards to enhance visibility into supply chain financials.
• Collaborate with FP&A, operations, procurement, and plant finance teams.
