Job summary

LGC seeks a Senior Operations Finance Analyst to support the Site Financial Controller across manufacturing finance activities. You will handle cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting to drive margins and KPI improvements.

The role collaborates with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance teams, leading the annual budget and periodic forecasts for multiple locations, while delivering insights into risks and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Six-plus years of experience in cost accounting and FP&A roles.
• Solid grasp of cost accounting principles.
• ERP experience required.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Supports manufacturing performance through cost accounting, monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, margin analysis, and KPI reporting.
• Applies independent judgment to analyze financial results, identify trends, and suggest improvements.
• Performs a blend of tactical and strategic responsibilities including financial reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and business decision support.
• Partners with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance across multiple locations; coordinates with auditors as needed.
• Prepares and presents financial reports, KPI dashboards, forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses.
