Behavior Frontiers, LLC is a leading ABA treatment provider hiring a full-time FP&A Manager to join the finance team in El Segundo, CA. The role oversees budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis to support rapid growth and strategic initiatives.

The position requires 5+ years in FP&A/accounting, a Finance/Accounting degree, and advanced Excel with VBA. Travel or background checks may be required; the company offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting, finance or FP&A experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare services industry preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-directed, initiative, discretion and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop a best-in-class FP&A organization to support growth.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and monthly/quarterly/annual reporting.
• Provide timely financial information with clear insights and analysis.
• Lead annual budget process and forecasting with executive alignment.
• Collaborate with department leaders to meet targets and financial objectives.
• Monitor and report on financial condition with variance analyses.
• Improve KPI/dashboard development and financial models for decision-making.
• Support M&A analysis and strategic initiatives.
