LaSalle Network seeks an Interim Director of FP&A in Elk Grove Village, IL to quickly stabilize the finance function after a resignation. You will own forecasting, modeling and actionable insights while partnering with the CFO in a fast-paced environment.

In this hands-on role in a CPG/manufacturing context, you will lead a small team and deliver high‑quality financial analyses to guide business decisions and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on financial modeling experience required.
• Experience partnering with CFO and senior leadership.
• CPG/manufacturing or similar industry background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead interim FP&A support to maintain continuity and performance.
• Partner with the CFO to provide financial insights, analysis and recommendations.
• Build and maintain hands-on financial models to support planning and decision‑making.
• Manage and support 1 direct report with clear priorities and timely deliverables.
• Contribute in a CPG/manufacturing environment to support finance needs tied to operations.
