Harvest CFO Executive Search is seeking a highly skilled Interim Controller for a B2B services company generating approximately $50MM in revenues that is being acquired by a strategic buyer. This role will report to the financial leadership of the acquiring company. This role will lead the financial management team for the process of moving of the financial and operational management reporting and transaction processing from the selling company's platform to the acquiring company's platform. This role will also develop the segment financial and operational reporting as well as assist in establishing the financial and data needs for FP&A including forecasting, budgeting, metrics, KPIs, etc.

The role will require solid technology skills. Experience with MS Business Central platform is a plus.

This role is targeted to commence in early June and will have a duration of probably three months (+ or -). This role can be performed onsite in the greater Orlando market or remote. There is potential for this role to lead to a permanent role.
