Job summary

Gofractional is seeking an Operating Partner, Finance to drive transformation and value creation across portfolio companies. You will link the Bloom Equity team with senior management, providing hands-on advisory and operating support, especially in FP&A, accounting, and merger integration.

Expect to split time between portfolio engagement and supporting due diligence on new investments, delivering operational excellence and accountable KPI management in a high-demand environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of value creation as a C-suite executive or operating partner.
• Strong finance operations knowledge and familiarity with FP&A and accounting.
• Experience in private equity settings and boards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive transformation by designing operating processes, playbooks, and strategic plans within portfolio companies.
• Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and advisory support to Boards and management teams.
• Step into interim management roles as needed until permanent hires are made.
• Establish and monitor KPIs across sales, marketing, margins, and controllable costs.
• Collaborate with CEOs and the Bloom team on ongoing strategic and operating plans.
• Represent the firm in portfolio management and interact with external resources.
• Assist due diligence by evaluating management, processes, and cost structures.
