The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of finance leadership experience, primarily in PE-backed environments, and a proven ability to implement scalable finance systems and processes. Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership; at least one seat as CFO or divisional SVP Finance.
• PE-backed, growth-stage experience; multi-site or multi-entity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio-wide rollout of Henon.ai to standardize reporting.
• Codify playbooks for monthly close acceleration and forecasting.
• Recruit and mentor CFOs/VPs of Finance across the portfolio.
