Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least eight years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Experience leading accounting and finance operations.
• Professional services, financial services, consulting, or investment banking experience.
• Private equity backed company experience, including sponsor reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting operations, and internal controls.
• Experience supporting a high growth, multi entity organization.
• Ability to step into an interim leadership role and manage competing priorities.

Aufgaben

• Lead daily accounting and finance operations across multiple entities
• Partner with the CEO and executive leadership on financial planning and business decisions
• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities
• Review financial reporting packages for accuracy and timely completion
• Ensure year end financial statements and supporting schedules are audit ready
• Strengthen internal controls and financial reporting processes
• Oversee treasury, payroll, and employee expense reimbursement functions
• Partner with Data Analytics on quarterly bonus and incentive compensation calculations
• Identify and implement accounting process improvements
• Support automation and AI related efficiency initiatives
• Improve expense reporting and operational finance workflows
• Coordinate international finance activities with the India based team
• Lead and mentor accounting staff
• Collaborate with practice leaders and teams across the organization
