Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years verifiable experience in building maintenance, facilities, custodial services, or related field.
• Experience issuing RFQs and RFPs.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections of buildings and facilities and report concerns.
• Coordinate grounds, custodial, and general facility maintenance.
• Oversee safety, security, and emergency procedures.
• Establish and maintain preventive maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate facility projects and communicate with contractors.
