• Post-secondary degree or diploma in health or social services (min two-year)
• Three years' leadership experience in health or social services
• Has completed or is enrolled in LTCH administration/management program (min 100 hours)
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of the Long Term Care Act
