Responsibilities

Oversee general well-being and health of residents.
Coordinate care and supervision of nursing and care staff.
Ensure staffing levels align with needs and values.
Lead marketing and community services efforts to maintain occupancy.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and inspections.
Hire, train and schedule community staff.
Act as responsible party during licensing inspections.
Drive a company vehicle as required.
Support top performers and coach others.
