Job summary

Caressant Care Nursing and Retirement Homes Ltd. in Lindsay, Ontario, invites applications for an Executive Director to lead our team of care providers and oversee operations across our long-term care homes.

The role requires a minimum three-year post-secondary degree (or a two-year health/social services diploma), at least three years in a leadership position, and knowledge of the Long Term Care Act. Salary ranges from $110,000 to $128,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• A post-secondary degree (minimum three-year program) or a post-secondary diploma in health or social services (minimum two-year program).
• Three years' leadership experience, preferably in health or social services.
• Program completion or enrollment in long-term care home administration/management — minimum 100 hours of instruction.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of the Long Term Care Act.

What You Bring…

• A post-secondary degree (minimum of a three-year program), or a post-secondary diploma in health or social services (minimum two-year program)
• Three years' experience in a leadership position, preferably in the health or social services sector
• Have completed or are enrolled in a program in long-term care home administration or management that is a minimum of 100 hours in duration of instruction time
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of the Long Term Care Act

The salary range is $110,000-$128,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
