Responsibilities

• Work with program team to ensure inclusive housing programs and services.
• Maintain fiscal health of the organization and align resources with programming needs.
• Support fundraising efforts from government, foundations, and individual donors.
• Partner with the Associate Executive Director to manage HR, operations, and infrastructure.
• Provide updates to the Board of Directors and collaborate with Officers and Committee Chairs.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and execute legal documents on behalf of the Board.
• Represent Avenues for Youth with funders and community partners; lobbying is not required.
