This is a temporary, onsite opportunity based in St. Paul, Minnesota, supporting executive leadership in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
The Executive Assistant serves as a trusted partner to executive leadership, providing high-level administrative and board support while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This role supports multiple C-suite leaders, manages executive communications, coordinates board and committee activities, and helps drive organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, discreet, and thrives in a dynamic environment where priorities shift frequently.
This temporary opportunity offers a competitive hourly rate of $34–$38 per hour, based on experience. The position features an onsite work schedule, company‑provided equipment, business casual attire, and the opportunity to support executive leadership at a highly respected mission‑driven organization.
