The candidate should have 8+ years of relevant experience, a J.D. from an ABA-accredited school, and an active license. Hybrid/on-site work 3 days a week in Houston, TX.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day legal counsel on environmental compliance and regulatory issues.
• Support enforcement matters and agency interactions for energy, refining, midstream, and related businesses.
• Engage in risk assessment, due diligence, and transactions as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and leverage AI-enabled legal tech.
