Qualifications

• J.D. degree from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active license to practice in Texas or another U.S. state.
• 5+ years of environmental/regulatory law experience.
• Working knowledge of CAA, CWA, CERCLA/Superfund, EPCRA, NEPA, TSCA, OSHA/PHMSA

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day counsel to Midstream and Refining facilities on environmental/regulatory issues.
• Advise on agency regulatory development and oversight.
• Conduct federal/state regulatory research on major environmental statutes.
• Maintain reportable matters for quarterly SEC Reporting.
• Collaborate with HSE and External Reporting on filings to agencies
