Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive construction project management or operations experience.
• Experience managing complex construction projects from mobilization through completion.
• Strong financial acumen with understanding of project P&Ls, forecasts, cost reports and margins.
• Experience with construction scheduling and project management software.
• Strong knowledge of contract terms, risk management, claims, and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for energy and infrastructure construction projects.
• Manage projects from preconstruction to closeout and final turnover.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans, schedules, milestones, and resource needs.
• Coordinate field operations, project management, engineering, procurement, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress, risks, schedule impacts, and resource constraints; ensure productivity.
• Own project financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, cost tracking, and profitability.
• Support change order development, pricing, negotiation, and documentation.
• Forecast project revenue, costs, cash flow, and profitability; report to leadership and clients.
